Nied’s Hotel Band

The Nied’s Hotel Band was named after this remarkable establishment.  In 2001, John Vento was in the process of forming a new band.  He met many musicians to align himself with an elite crew.  His favorite meeting place was Nied’s Hotel.  As he visited this establishment, his fondness grew for the tavern and the owner, Jim.  Soon a friendship grew between two men, that had very similar ideals.  Both men were extremely charitable and had a love for entertainment.  John valued Jim’s opinion and the “Nied’s Hotel Band” was formed.  In tribute to the founding location, songs were written, videos were created, and an alliance was built.  If you want to find out more about the band and the music, follow this link:
